I've written this update twice now and both times it disappeared so forgive me if it posts more than once. I'll be making it shorter this time though.

My pain has been severe lately - to the point I have to avoid going out and have been using a cane to prevent me from falling when the stabbing pains hit in my hips. I'm very discouraged and can't imagine how the rest of my life is going to be. My doc says she can't increase any of my meds as I'm maxed out on all of them. I don't think this is entirely true but what can I do until someone has to carry me in. Surgery won't fix it and meds aren't relieving it - what now?

My youngest daughter is expecting another baby in November. This won't be a pleasant pregnancy as she is already having difficulties and very low blood pressure. Her family doctor recommended terminating but she went to a pregnancy clinic for a second opinion and they said there was no need - we were all very relieved. She is due on my birthday but will go in for a c-section before that. Her last baby was early (32 weeks) so I doubt if she'll even make it till November. Prayers for a healthy baby and mom would be more than welcome.

I must go, I'm babysitting grandson number 3 tonight and his mom should be here any time. I hope to be back again real soon.
