Ah first off the ridicules price of $185 and then the limited number for sale and lastly the status figure of the shoes namesake leads to hoopla la las liken to this.

These shoes have resulted in people/kids being robbed and beatings for them and heck the way killings happen probably those too.

Is the shoes worth the price NO but but the situation being what it is to many apparently so.

That is a ridiculously high price. I can't see how it is worth that much trouble.

When I worked with kids, 5 year olds would have a $100 pair of sneakers but the zipper in their winter coat was broke or their hands froze from no gloves. Really is pitiful.

When my son was in the 8th grade, him and his friend were robbed of their shoes and money and his favorite jersey..right outside the mall....I had to pick him up like that. Broke my heart. That mall turned into a dangerzone....its now a ghost mall.
