A place where we can "do life" together, or at least talk about it. You won't be told "that is off topic" here. Share experiences, get advice, be silly, be sad, be supportive. (Try to say: share, silly, sad, supportive, 20 times without slobbering, if not, you are in! lol either way your "in") Let's just be whatever we are at the moment, and be "in" touch with...

I have 4hrs of lessons tomorrow and 4hrs of lessons on Sunday and will make $395 for those....yeay cash in bank....
i use to have season tickets to Nascar. Dover, Del., Poconos, Pa. Charlotte, and i even got to Daytona one time and rode around the track. which was a real experience. On tv you know turns are ''banked' but once on the track banked takes on the new meaning really ''steep'' more than you imagine. You know they are, but seeing out the car window and it is straight up, WOW.
I loved being there hearing that roar, start your engines.
I took my mom and sister to dinner tonight at Red Lobster...yum I had Louisiana Salmon....had pico de gillo and five shrimp...I got the 1/2 sized one and added a skewer of sea scallops...oh my god they were so good with the lemon wedge drizzled over them....yummy....I had broccoli but only had room for few florets as the baked tator topped off the tank along with the extra ceasar salad from one my mom was given for free...sis asked to split her salad and gal just gave three salads that were full sized with no extra charges....she was super about my drink and I gave a $14.66 tip bringing it to $75 from me and sister was nice gave her $3 cash tip too on top of my CC.....LOL
There is only here which is about an hour and a half away and not so good.
I haven't watched award show in years. It seems like the producers and directors of these award shows are so obsessed with time that they cut the speeches and I don't like watching that.
Tonight I am going to have sausage and potatoes. Sunday nights are my splurge nights where I am not going to worry about what to eat.
I hope all of you will have a great Sunday!
This has been crazy winter for wardrobe/clothes also. Usually i change things around,,,winter comes to front, summer in back etc. Well this year, more like fall and spring clothes all winter long. I did not even wear my winter coat yet this year. On the coldest days, I just did not go out side...no need to. I still get this same remark over winter, ''honey where is your coat "", I hate coats on in the car and to hot in stores, then u have them in the cart, which is nuisance. so i layer to be comfortable, since not walking in cold but in and out of car or stores. I just say when asked about no coat, i am part Eskimo. The looks i get....is she telling truth or being funny. And I have this thing about ''dry cold'' or damp cold''. If it is raining, cold and damp, i do not need weather man, my bones tell me just as much. On other hand, if a dry cold, i can be out in very cold weather and i am fine. In fact more healthy breathing. Just how i am put together. It can be summer and damp...and i hurt same way. Good old friend ""Mr. Aurther Ritis''' is with me year round. Anyone else ever meet him also???
Koyu, what kind of sausage did you make? smoked, Italian, sweet, ........ Did you fry the potatoes with the sausage??
Blessings my friends for a beautiful Sunday. saying a prayer for everyone here and everywhere else all over the world, let there be peace and let it begin with LOVE.... HUGS
Then, I will pay some bills and after that... RELAX!!! Work day tomorrow and I want to be rested for the work week! I am not staying up for the Oscars but I might record them. Then I can zip through the stuff I don't want to see!
I am like you. I don't like coats. I usually wear coats that I can put in the washer. It is a pain when I go out because of my I.B.S. So I try stick on these hot pads to keep warm. I like dry cold weather because it is easier to walk. The Japanese are surprised that I am not cold during the winter. The only time when I have to wear a coat is when I walk on the beach. I try to go to the beach at least once a month. The ocean air gives me perspective.
kathy1962. You sound like you had a lovely time with your grand daughters. I hope you are relaxing right now.
