i don't have a favorite dish...today i made some homemade salsa with a quarter of a serano chili ! lots of cilantro, onions, garlic, tomatoes, little olive oil and salt. limes. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm you'd love it!

i love home made pizza! with lots of basil !
