I am involved with an organisation in Western Australi called Even Keel Bipolar Disorder support association. We have many monthly support groups active throughout Western Australia We also have on line Support message boreds. The reason I am posting on here is we are often asked if there are any support groups members from other states and territories can attend that offer self help/support for those living with Bipolar, Depression anxiety Etc could you please ask around so that we can pass this on to members in other states. My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

is a great Aussie site, where information is available to download, or you can have information and DVD/CD sent to you. It covers all types of mental illness, and is one of the best sites I have found. Although based in Melbourne, it caters for all of Aus, and they are very prompt at sending out the information you require.
