THIS WEEK’S BIGGEST HEADLINES:

- Former “O’Reilly Factor” host BILL O’REILLY has dismissed a New York Times article claiming he personally paid $32 million to settle a sexual harassment claim before renewing his contract with Fox News and the cable network, which eventually fired him over multiple claims of sexual harassment, resigned him knowing he paid off an accuser. O’Reilly has called the report “lies and smears”. 

- Rapper CARDI B was booted out of an Albany, New York hotel after other guests complained about the noise coming from her room. When the rapper was asked to leave the premises she reportedly accused the hotel’s staff and security of racism.

- The sexual harassment accusations continue against powerful men in and out of Hollywood as director JAMES TOBACK has been accused of sexual harassment by more than 200 women while director DAVID O. RUSSELL’s history of allegations of on-set abuse, harassment, and groping have surfaced and famed photographer TERRY RICHARDSON has been banned form top magazines amid claims of harassment. Also, “Game Change” co-author and tv political pundit MARK HALPERIN has been suspended by NBC News amid multiple sexual harassment and sexual misconduct accusations against him, E! News correspondent KEN BAKER has been accused of sexual harassment by two former E! employees and a former E! intern, and former US President GEORGE H.W. BUSH has even issued a few apologies as three women have come forward claiming he groped them at events. 

- The daughter of late actor PAUL WALKER has settled her wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche after accusing the car company of contributing to Walker’s death due to defects in the automobile he was a passenger in at the time of his death. Details of the settlement have not been disclosed but it has been reported that both MEADOW WALKER and Porsche has agreed to dismiss the case. 

- A lawyer for “America’s Got Talent” judge/former Spice Girl MEL B claims the star was “drugged throughout the course of her marriage” to estranged husband STEPHAN BELAFONTE, whom she is in the process of trying to divorce. Mel B claimed in her initial divorce filing that Belafonte was physically and emotionally abusive to her throughout their marriage.

- Actor/comedian BILL COSBY is reportedly trying to obtain a $30 million loan to pay for his legal fees in connection to his ongoing sexual assault case. Cosby faces a retrial for sexual assault after the first trial ended with a hung jury earlier this year. 

- Singer/songwriter TEDDY GEIGER revealed he is transitioning.  

RELATIONSHIPS: 

“Scorpion” actress/singer KATHERINE MCPHEE and music producer/songwriter DAVID FOSTER are reportedly dating. The pair previously denied rumors they were an item but now are admitting they are spending more time together but are “not exclusive”. The pair first met when McPhee was a contestant on season 5 of the reality competition series “American Idol” where Foster once appeared as a mentor… Rapper IGGY AZALEA is dating NY Giants football player ODELL BECKHAM JR.... Actress EMMA STONE is dating “Saturday Night Live” segment director DAVE MCCARY.   

ENGAGEMENTS: 

Actor JOHN STAMOS got engaged to model CAITLIN MCHUGH. The couple have been dating since last year but kept their romance under wraps until March when fans caught wind of the relationship via social media… Former “Pretty Little Liars” actress JANEL PARRISH got engaged to CHRIS LONG. The couple have been dating for just over a year… Rapper CARDI B got engaged to Migos rapper OFFSET. The couple began dating earlier this year.   

WEDDINGS/MARRIAGES: 

Actor COLTON HAYNES married floral designer JEFF LEATHAM in Palm Springs, California in a ceremony that was officiated by reality star KRIS JENNER. Guests included “Modern Family” star SOFIA VERGARA and her actor husband JOE MANGANIELLO AND Vergara’s costar JESSE TYLER FERGUSON and his husband JUSTIN MIKITA, and Haynes’ “American Horror Story” costars BILLIE LOURD and LESLIE GROSSMAN. The couple made their relationship public this past February and were engaged the following month… “This Is Us” star JUSTN HARTLEY married “Days of Our Lives” actress CHRISHELL STAUSE. Several of Hartley’s “This Is Us” costars were in attendance including his onscreen parents MILO VENTIMIGLIA and MANDY MOORE. The couple confirmed their relationship in January 2014 and got engaged in August 2016.  

BREAK-UPS/DIVORCES: 

Actor EWAN MCGREGOR has split from his production designer wife EVE MAVRAKIS after 22 years of marriage. The couple met on a British tv series; they have 4 daughters including one they adopted from Mongolia in 2006. There was no reason given for the split though McGregor has been recently spotted “passionately kissing” his former “Fargo” costar MARY ELZABETH WINSTEAD at a London café and the two left together as well, sparking rumors they are dating… Singer/former reality star TAMAR BRAXTON has filed for divorce from her manager husband VINCENT HERBERT. The couple married in 2008 and separated this month, per court documents. They share a 4 year-old son. 

LEGAL WOES: 

Actor/musician COREY FELDMAN was charged with a misdemeanor for marijuana possession and driving on a suspended license after his group’s tour bus was pulled over for speeding. Police searched the bus after noticing a smell of marijuana. Feldman was charged and paid a fine of $640 instead of posting bond. Four other members of his group were booked on drug charges as well. Feldman later tweeted that he was not arrested or put in jail and explained that the marijuana found on the bus belonged to a member of the crew who had a legal California prescription for medical marijuana, though he was charged because it was his bus. He also noted others were charged due to have legal medications without their prescription bottles on hand, but they were told those charges could be dropped if they can show proof of proper scripts… “13 Reasons Why” actor URIAH SHELTON has been hit with a restraining order by his former best friend after he allegedly kicked her in the stomach after they got into an argument. The woman stated in court documents that the pair argued after she tried to block him from getting into his truck when he kicked her…”Stranger Things” actor CHARLIE HEATON was allegedly caught with cocaine at a Los Angeles airport on his way into the US for the series’ season 2 premiere. Drug sniffer dogs reportedly found the drugs; Heaton was not arrested but he was denied entry into the US by border officials and deported back to the UK… American golfer TIGER WOODS pled guilty to reckless driving after a DUI arrest; due to the plea deal he will not face any jail time.   

CELEBRITY FEUDS:

Actress KIM CATTRALL seems hell bent on continuing her feud with her former “Sex and the City” costars, sharing that she was never friends with any of her fellow leading ladies on the series. “We’ve never been friends. We’ve been colleagues and in some way, it’s a very healthy place to be,” Cattrall stated in an interview. Cattrall also brought back up the rumors that she turned down a third film installment of the series because she wasn’t being paid enough, stating, “I never asked for any money. I never asked for any projects. To be thought of as some kind of diva is absolutely ridiculous.”… Comedian KATHY GRIFFIN called out “Watch What Happens Live” host ANDY COHEN after he pretended he doesn’t know her when paparazzi asked him if he has spoken to her since being announced as her replacement on CNN’s New Years’ Eve coverage. Cohen replied to the photogs, “Who? I don’t know her. I’m trying to remember…” Griffin heard about Cohen’s public shading and took to Twitter to retort, “Even when it’s on tape, there are doubters? He is NOT kidding w paps. Was my boss for 10 years. Treated me like a dog. Deeply misogynistic.” Cohen has yet to publicly respond to Griffin’s tweets. 

BABY NEWS: 

Actor MATTHEW MORRISON and his wife RENEE MORRISON welcomed their first child together, a boy, they named Revel James Makai… “Mom” actress JAIME PRESSLY and her longtime boyfriend HAMZI HIJAZI welcomed their first children together, twin boys, they named Leo and Lenon. Pressly is also mom to 10 year-old son Dezi from a previous relationship… Singer/songwriter BILLY JOEL and his wife ALEXIS JOEL welcomed their second child, a girl, they named Remy Anne. The couple are also parents to another daughter and Joel is the father of adult daughter ALEXA RAY JOEL from his previous marriage… R&B singer NE-YO and his wife CRYSTAL SMITH announced they are expecting their second child together.   

HEALTH ISSUES: 

The Band Perry member REID PERRY underwent an emergency appendectomy… “The Young and the Restless” star KRISTOFF ST. JOHN is receiving psychiatric treatment following a mental health scare in which the actor threatened to commit suicide. St. John’s mental health scare was reportedly triggered by the upcoming, 3-year anniversary of the death of his son Julian, who committed suicide at the age of 24 in 2014… “Will & Grace” actor SEAN HAYES revealed he was recently hospitalized after his small intestine burst. The actor underwent an emergency laparoscopic procedure and has since recovered…”X Factor UK” and “America’s Got Talent” judge SIMON COWELL was briefly hospitalized after fainting while walking up the stairs of his London home and falling. He has a concussion but suffered no other significant injuries and has since returned home. 

DEATHS: 

Guitarist SCOTT “DAISY BERKOWITZ” PUTESKY, co-founder of Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids and also a member of the band Jack Off Jill, died after a long battle with colon cancer. He was 49… Actor ROBERT GUILLAUME, best known for his Emmy-winning portrayal of the sharp-tongued butler in the comedy series “Soap” and its spinoff “Benson” and the voice of Rafiki in “The Lion King” as well as being the first actor of color to play the lead role in “Phantom of the Opera” on Broadway, died after a battle with prostate cancer. He was 89... Singer ANTOINE “FATS” DOMINO, the rock and roll pioneer best known for hits such as “Blueberry Hill”, “I’m Walkin’”, and “Ain’t That a Shame”, died of unspecified cause. He was 89… Actor JACK BANNON, best known for playing Art Donovan on the CBS drama series “Lou Grant”, died of unspecified cause. He was 77.
