I've never thought of myself as pretty, smart, skinny, or likable. My friends may say thing like "You're hair looks great today!", "You look amazing." or "I wish i was as smart as you!". (These friends are beautiful, in all honors classes, and have boyfriends) Well I'm not any of these things. I'm the girl that people look at and then they feel better about themselves. My family has even taunted me about how i look, what I believe, and how I act. They throw me this weight of sorrow and negativity and expect me to toss it away, but that weight drags me to the ground. How am i supposed to carry the tons of snide comments, rude gestures, or tips about how to make myself look as pretty as my cousins around on my shoulders? At the end of the day I look in the mirror and see nobody staring back at me. Mirror Mirror on the wall why does all these things make my tears fall...

I'm not very good at this, but I'll try my best.... I couldn't even begin to imagine what youre feeling right now, but as my friend always says "keep your head up, otherwise the crown will fall" I know its hard, but keep your head up, you can fight this. You are unique, you are beautiful, you are intelligent, you are brave, you are stunning and you are stronger than you think. Don't let them make you feel like you are not good enough or beautiful enough because you are amazing beyond measure. Just start of small, maybe try doing something everyday that will reassure you of how beautiful you are, like looking in the mirror everyday and complimenting something about yourself. I know it doesn't seem like much, but hopefully it will help. You have to stop bringing yourself down and believe that you are beautiful because you truly are. And besides, if you don't believe it, then why should anyone else? I know you can get through this and no matter what, keep your chin up.
