Why does it happen like this?

Well, I've been doing really well with my bedwetting alarm, and actually went three whole weeks with no accidents. So basically I'm really happy.


Anyway, tonight I'm in bed at 11 and just woken up before 12 by my alarm telling me I'm doing a weewee in my panties.


How come I've wet so early in the night after a really good dry spell? Just proves it's random really I suppose!

Really sorry you've just wet, and if it's any consolation I've just had to change my sheet after wetting on the dot of midnight.

Oops Lisa! Sorry to hear that. I've been doing fine actually, but I totally understand what it's like to wake up so early in the night! I'm using an alarm in bed and I'm getting fewer accidents but still having far too many.

I think we all go pee right after falling asleep since maybe our bladder muscles relax as we sleep. But I'm not a doctor so that's just my idea on it! Lol Anyways, congrats on going 2 weeks staying dry at night!!

    Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job.  It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it.  Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.  There was a full length mirror in the changing room.  I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like.  It was a reality check.
