Which of my friends do you agree with?
(Nina) says that the way to get a guy in bed is to be up front. She says to go up to a guy and say "I'm into you. My house is empty this weekend. Care to join me?" She says guys are horny and if a hot girl did that he'd be in without question.
(Kelly) says that's far too aggressive. A guy would be intimidated by that and completely turned off. Men want to be initiators. Let him come to you. If he doesn't, move on.
(Cara) says that I should stop hooking up and get in a relationship. It's silly to play these games. Whoever I end up in a relationship with will be glad to have sex with me anytime.

You've never spoken to this guy. You see him eying you. He's very attractive and seems confident.

I have opinions on all sides depending on your answer to my former question so let me explain myself a little better. And I just want to say that I don't mean to be offensive in anything I say. I just tend to be a rather opinionated person I suppose...
NINA: Not all guys will go for it. Believe it or not some do actually have morals. If you just want a hookup and are willing to potentially slander your reputation by asking a random guy for a hookup then go for it. Just know that if you do go for it, whether it happens or not word will most likely get around and you'll have to live with that. Personally, I wouldn't go for this at all!!! It just seems too desperate and promiscuous for me.
KELLY: I agree with the "too aggressive" part. However, I do not agree with the men liking to be initiators thing. True, some men are like that but a lot actually like stronger women, but not too over powering.
CARA: A relationship is nice... if you're ready and actually want one.
So yeah I consider the parameters of your question rather vague but my ultimate alliance would be with Kelly and Cara, sorta. My actual opinion is a slight deviation/combination of the two. So going along with your "specific guy" i vote that you just try talking to him/befriending him/getting to know him. Then you'll be able to see where his interests lie and which direction to head in. It's also a lot less risky that going right up to him and being like hey wanna sleep together? If the stars aline then great and even if they don't turn out, at least you didn't embarrass yourself or regret not talking to him in the first place right?
