I miss you dad so much his anniversary of his death is this Thursday the 10 September..I wish he was here everyday ...it does not matter how much time that you have with them it just doesn't seem long enough..I have a few pictures of him but not alot ...my life has changed since that day and will never be the same again...but I know that he would won't me to keep going with out him but sometimes it's so hard...relic

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...

It gets better. I can think of my dad with joy as well as a little grief. It gets better. Just give it time.
