Here is an excellent article on how to deal with the police in a criminal matter. It is lengthy, but well worth the read.

This particular article deals with a situation if your child has broken the law, but the article can be applied to anyone having to deal with the police.

EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN SHOULD READ AND STUDY THIS ARTICLE.

This is great Ralph... Thanks... I would never talk to the police without talking to a lawyer first....Having said that the man who's my friend and I offer support for in Louisiana was badly abused when he was picked up

He was beaten... Hit in the head with the butt of a gun and then a bag was put over his head...His common law wife at this time was also picked up and punched in the face when she wouldn't talk... She then said whatever they wanted... She recanted at his trial and stated what happened and SHE ended up doing a year in jail for perjury... So much for truth and justice...

I actually saw a news show several years ago and I can't remember which one that several people in different states had complained about this very thing.. That they were beaten and bags were put over their heads... sigh

I think the 'gang' mentality can also happen with police... Things that they would perhaps not do on their own if there's 3 or 4 guys encouraging one another they can do some terrible things...xo

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
