Here is the type of story that puts my stress level through the roof.
This is not a pitch for anyone to sign a petition, as I believe that online petitions are only rarely successful, but I want you to read the story behind the petitions.

Regarding the case of this young man----the subject of this petition----I have never had anyone been able to give me a valid reason why the girl who lied about her age is not held to some culpability and why all the responsibility falls on the young man.
She blatantly misrepresented her age on purpose, which I presume was for the reason to easier entice the young man into the sexual situation.
After all, if she had not lied, there would have been no crime. It is highly conceivable that if she had told the truth, the young man would have never had sex with her.
She certainly facilitated the commission of this crime, so why is she not held responsible???
I just don't see any justification for not charging the young lady also. They may use the old worn out excuse that she "is too young" and "did not realize what she was doing", but I am here to tell you that if she committed a serious crime she would all of a sudden be deemed responsible by the DA and charged as an adult with that crime.
If a few of these young ladies who lied about their age were charged, it would surely act as a deterrent for another young lady in the future.
I think these cases are just incredibly tragic and there is no way that the young man should be charged. Just a terrible injustice.

PS This Judge, Dennis Wiley, should have been kicked off the bench years ago. I cannot believe this idiot is still making decisions that affect people's lives.
Just Google "Judge Dennis Wiley" without the apostrophes. The search results read like a house of horrors of misconduct, borderline criminal behavior, and a prime example of an egomaniac.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
It should be one way other the other. They should either be legally adult...or kids. If they're kids, they should be charged as kids. And yes, she should be charged (juvenile court) with lying.
The other thing that I don't get, is how "child prostitutes" get charged with crimes, while the johns go free.
Insanity.
The sex offender registry, has lost all meaning now. And is not the tool it was intended to be to keep kids safe.
I have neighbor kids who broke all the laws, rules, and were rude, offensive, negative. The day they turned 18, people expected miracles. Nope, didn't happen. I believe the young lady with the "lying" should have to do serious community service work.
