This just takes the cake. Josh's father advocated the death penalty.
In 2002, while running for political office in Arkansas, the father said that "incest should be a capital crime."
His quote----------"Rape and incest represent heinous crimes and as such should be treated as capital crimes.”
Here is a link to his positional statement----

I was willing to give his son----and the family----the benefit of the doubt, but since it seems that they are hypocrites extraordinaire, I am finished defending this bunch of rednecks.
Well, it looks like the chickens came home to roost there in Arkansas.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

I was having trouble finding exactly what Josh did... It was to five or more girls when he was very young BUT a teenager and old enough to know exactly what he was doing to the degree that it's wrong and against the law
This is either against the law or it's not and it sure should be for the young kids who've been traumatized... At the same time there should be a law for all... Unfortunately rew I doubt that will ever happen

Basically, we don't say, "Oh, well, he's almost 21, so he can drink." So why say, "He's almost 18, so try him as an adult."
Now if a 15 year old, abducts, abuses, and mutilates a younger child, then...I think there's a place in trying them as an adult. But otherwise, no, they're a child.
Just my opinion...
