A few days ago, we had a discussion on the number---percent---of innocent sex offenders in prison. In keeping with that theme, here is a good article that addresses many of the things we were discussing.
I realize this article is not solely about sex offenses, but many of your false convictions are indeed bogus rape or sexual assault charges.
Another reason I posted this article---along with the one I posted a day or so ago----was for people to understand the system and how it is not geared to protect the innocent but to convict everyone regardless of their guilt or innocence.
I know, as I went through the system and dealt with corrupt cops.
I also want folks to know the kind of people they are dealing with when they are looking at criminal charges. The police and the prosecutors are ruthless and will do anything for a conviction.
Maybe someone can read this and if their family is ever accused of a crime it might make them understand how important it is to NOT talk to anyone in law enforcement without an attorney present.
I know many of the posters here have loved ones who didn't know any better and talked to the police while under investigation, which just made things much worse for them. Keep your mouth shut when the cops want to question you if you are a suspect.
Also do not allow your children to talk to the cops either. I don't know how many cases I could point to in which a person literally talked themselves into prison by trying to talk to the police or "tell their side of the story."
Just remember, it is your CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT not to talk to the police. Exercise your rights!!!!!!!!!!
Hope this helps. Here is the link-------------

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Nancy Grace makes my skin crawl and then you look at someone like OJ Simpson who had a 'dream team' and I happen to believe was guilty as hell
I seldom see truth in the justice system... I did see a program again years ago about justice systems around the world and North America does have one of the best believe it or not... One of the big problems as I see it is that people are generally not honest... They want to be right
Bless you Ralph for all that you do and share... TY...xo
