Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
The law isn't about truth and justice... It's a competition for lawyers I believe now a days or so it seems a lot of the time and God help you if you can't afford a crackerjack lawyer
Kudos to the advocate organizations that stand up against this terrible atrocity ... I say atrocity as I think the majority of the time the powers that be know damned well when a wrongful conviction happens and allow it anyway... Damned if 'they'll' ever be wrong
I think the testing of DNA post conviction is another fight that should be easy instead of so very difficult.. The only reason it could be made as difficult as it is, is due to the fact the prosecution will go to great lengths to never be wrong no matter who they destroy along the way
The idea that no one could possibly be wrong is arrogant beyond belief...
Great info and I'm so glad some are getting at least a form of justice albeit long on coming... I wish there was justice for you R from the government... You've turned your scar into a star as Robert Schuller would say... Big hug
