Good morning...I thought this might sound nice for the morning check in.
I started my day at 3:15. The rain was making a gentle sound on my metal roof...something I used to enjoy. Not so much, anymore. The next sound came from the garbage truck making it's usual early rounds on Tuesday mornings. One of my dogs started to bark so I ran out on the porch to force her inside before the whole neighborhood decided to get me!
So much for a peaceful start to the day. It's 7:00 now and I feel like going back to bed...too late. It's a workday.
Sorry I haven't joined in much lately, but increasing pain and depression have forced me into a hole. I come out to work just what I can force myself to tolerate and then back to hibernation.
Today is my Aunt's 95th birthday. The 'good' genes in my family make me a little anxious. Considering how I feel at 53....95 doesn't look like anything I care to see. I better find a hobby and a better attitude!
I hope you all start this new month with joy and love...

Mine started sometime in the night with beautiful ( not sarcastic) storm...
Of course...there's that CP price of changing barometric pressure..
Here's hoping that April's showers do indeed bring May flowers

I saw a new physio yesterday. The pain clinic referred me to a specialty clinic that works with back pain patients. It was different for sure. It is a very small clinic, only 3 'cubicles' and 2 therapists. Their focus is on body alignment. Apparently my hips are out of line due to the back problems and how I hold myself to protect the injury. She says that getting me back into alignment and teaching me proper body mechanics will improve my pain... I am skeptical but I don't have a choice right now so I'll give it a try. The assessment yesterday really triggered some pain though, not enjoying that but it should ease up in a day or two she said. Back again on Thursday for more torture lol.
I know I haven't been around much lately, between the insurance stuff and my cat its been a bad week. Had to put poor kitty down... he had feline lukemia, he was very sick by the time I got him in. The house is quiet now but it'll be ok. My son is leaving on the 9th then it will be seriously quiet. Guess I'll deal with it when the time comes.

here cool idea for kids not wanting to bath if you get glow sticks they can put into bath with them , way cool i want to take bath in the pink one thougth i mention it then they can take glow sticks to bed . the two little one where yelling grandma as soon as they hit the door .we had to go see them you can put them water fertures for tempory uses love you all love minnie
Don't work to hard to make things worse. Hopefully tonight will be better.
