TGIF for those who work or otherwise know the difference between weekdays and weekends. Makes no difference to me, they are all the same. I am up, pain is there but not as bad as it usually is later in the day. I don't have much going on today, nothing really except physio and massage. I'm thinking of cancelling the physio.

After my Wednesday appointment I came home on the verge of tears I was in soooo much pain. He mentioned piriformis but wasn't comfortable saying that is what it is. He said to ask the massage therapist about it and he should be able to tell. I am just so tired of going in there and coming out in more pain.... I don't even care that it is supposed to better in the long run, its just too much. I think he's going at it to aggressively and needs to pull back and take it a bit slower.

I've complained enough, I'm extremely down in the dumps this last couple of days. Just wish this pain would go away, I can't handle it anymore. Sorry to be such a downer.
