No compassion in my town

I went to go get my mom some pizza for her birthday today and then when i was almost home I realized her gas gage was almost on empty so I went to go fill up her car. For those of you who know I have really bad RA and I can't even open a bottle of water or any type of bottle well that means I couldn't get the gas cap off and I asked over 5 different people to come help me and no one would help me. So I had to go home with no gas even the store attendent couldn't help me because he was the only one in the store. What happened to people helping each other? Back to my pizza :)

I find this sad and disgusting. What would this have cost these people but a few seconds. I always try to be helpful where I can be and find alot of people to be this way. I've also had doors slammed in my face because someone didn't want to hold the door.
I think we should all spread the word as David said Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Lets make something good out this and Pay It Forward!
We might be limited but most of us can hold a door open and take a gas cap off.

I am sorry it seems to be that everywhere. I felt really bad I was in walmart this lady was yelling out help to get a large bag in her car, I had to say no because I was hurting too bad to lift it. You couldn't go inside the store and ask for help in there an attendent could have helped you. I am sorry you have to struggle so much it just sucks

That is awful! I have been in your position many times. I use a cane, and I am not as fast as other folks, so if I am going into a building, do you think that the man in front of me will hold the door so I don't have to fumble with it? HECK NO! I can give you hundreds of situations were people did not care if I was disable or not, they are just thinking of themselves, their issues and don't care about anyone else.

I am so sorry that this happened to you, it's not right!

Let's do one act of kindness everyday, maybe that will change some folks hearts.................
