I got up at 1:45 this morning with such neck pain. I keep a fan on all night and I think it must having been blowing on me. It's been 45 minutes and hasn't begun to feel better.

Yup...gonna be a longass day...

Cherry, do you have anything you can take? Motrin, or pain meds? I hope your neck starts to feel better soon. x

I used a heat pack, muscle relaxer and meds. It's a bit better, but now I want to go back to sleep. I always feel worse if I do, though. I agreed to take one client this morning, too.

What was I thinking???

Awww, I hope that after that one client, you can go home and rest and relax. I also hope your neck is feeling better. A good hot shower might help as well..Take care of yourself, ok? Hugs x

Luckily, 'home' is just through the door in my hallway. My body doesn't feel up to this, but I need to try.

Cherry, Are you still taking clients? I thought you has stopped?
The way your pain goes all over sounds so much like mine.
I am really sorry your not sleeping. I never could either. Since accupuncure and klonopin I am doing better on that. Do you have anything to help you sleep?

i've had a few nights here and there over the last few months where i'm up at 1 or 3 or 5 am and cant get back to sleep cause of pain. I feel for ya.

I hope you can get some R&R and that your appointment with your client went well and didn't make your pain flare up.

It's been a strange day. I've been up since 1:45 am. I managed to do one haircolor and then I was wrecked for quite a while. I took meds, rested and then put color on my sister's hair.

My pain has been different...worse...disturbing and I got mad that nothing is helping and ripped off my pain patch. I'm hurting like hell and wondering what's going to happen.

Cherry I hope that you find something that will take your pain levels down. Have you tried standing in a hot shower and letting the water hit the back of your neck? It does help relax the muscles . There isn't a pain med that will help my neck and back as much as Ibrophen. Yes I know it weird but for year I tried different things and it will take 24 hours before I can tell the difference but it really helps. Hugs
