You probably don't even know your doing it but you are managing your time well with your pain. Alot of chornic pain books and theripists say that when you have chronic pain and you feel like your not getting anything done cause you hurt too bad. Take a tast on like paying bills or in your case a list of numbers to call on monday. Just wanted to give you kuddos for that
i'm sorry your pain levels are so high. Big big hugs to you
Sending you something I think will help...check for it, ok??? It might help!
High pain day here too. You are much stronger than you think I'm sure. I have a phrase, and I'll put it on my status for a while, and it goes, "Just when you're at your wits end--you'll find God lives there."
Idk what your spiritual beliefs are; I am spiritual myself; not too religious--and usually private with that... And it doesn't have to be the traditional "belief" in God that many parents managed to thoroughly (at least in my case) shove down your throat growing up by forcing church on you every Sunday, with "church activities" and so on. It can be anything you want it to be--but you pick, and no one else.
And personally, I think it takes MORE courage, and a STRONGER person to say, "I don't know if I can do this: I'm in a lot of pain; and I'm at my limit." JIMO.
And maybe a break is in order--just if anything to let yourself forget even for a little while. I hate to see you borrow trouble by living in everything to be done tomorrow. It's not something you can control right now, on a Saturday evening. And it's probably what, 7:30 there. Put the pen down, put the list away, and do something else: eating is always a good idea, a giant glass of water, and sack it in front of the tube, lay in bed, listen to music.
But 7:30pm on Saturday? Give yourself a break, ok?
And don't forget to breathe, ok?
Very gentle cyber-hugs,
Jenna
