Children brighten our lives, don't they?
Sweet dreams.
Good morning to those who follow.
I'm still chasing sleep.
Maybe if I'd slow down it would catch me.
Hope every one has a peaceful, enjoyable Sunday.
(Especially you in your new house, Minnie)
Hugs all around.....jc..
I plan on going to sleep real soon. I've actually been sleeping lately. I've still been very fatigued though. Not fair! I have one more antibiotic to go and need more. Maybe the infections and fever is part of the reason why I am sleeping. My fever has reduced though and isn't all day now. That's good news.
Is anyone besides myself sick and tired of winter? I'm getting the blahs real bad. I need the warmth and sunshine and green plants! I need to be able to sit outside and get some fresh air. I like to sit outside and weed around my plants and get my hands dirty (my butt too as I have to sit on the ground to do this). I keep telling myself it's not much farther to go, so come on! And no floods!
I wish everyone a fabulous day and may the sun shine upon you all,
Toni
And good night....My husband played music tonight and I drove and came home early but I got myself sidetracked in starting laundry and picking up our room that I had to sit down for a minute and of course that is at the computer...Still have dishes from all day to do but it may just have to wait till morning.
I woke up with a killer headache and went back to bed after a short while. Thought I had beat it but it came back this evening. I am keeping a journal for my internist FNP. She weaned me off of Toprol, a beta blocker. I have been on one for over thirty years due to high blood pressure but also migraine. If it is still bad tomorrow, she is getting a call on Monday...I am not going through three weeks of hell like I did at Christmas. The few clouds we have were high and Bob says that is because of a high pressure...which may be indicative of the rain that we expect on Tuesday.
Bob and I went to Walmart....our big date, lol. We bought a few towels and wash cloths to tied us over for awhile. Washcloths seem to disappear around here like socks do!
Everyone have a wonderful Sunday, doing what you enjoy. Lisa, I love hearing your stories of your grandson. Sounds like you two have a special relationship. He will be your sidekick for several years, I have no doubt. I am glad that he gives you some distraction from your pain. Jan, I hope you join the ranks of the well rested soon.
If you are spending time with family and friends for football tomorrow, I hope you enjoy the fellowhip and the game, also. The lodge where we are playing is having a pot luck tomorrow. We will probably join them around 4:30.
Big hugs and love to all. I pray your pain is controlled and that you rest. I will be. Should I not feel good tomorrow, I will stay home from church and the gig.
Melinda
Big and gentle cyber hugs on their way.

Lisa>> I love hearing Noah stories! Such a joy!
JC>>sending the sandman your way. Have the handcuffs ready. Slap those on him as soon as you see him, and lock him to the bed until he says uncle. LOL!
Toni>>the winter blues stink! There was a short lived show with Anne Heche where she moved to Alaska. Cannot remember the name of it, big surprise there. But it had this character, a female sheriff, who religously carried her "sun" lamp every where she went. When she got down, anxious, or stressed, she would be sitting in front of it, soaking it up. I want one of those. She called it her.......oh dang, forgot that too....LOL!
Melinda>>You sound good. Enjoy the superbowl! Just don't throw anything out of whack by jumping on the couch like Tom Cruise over a play!
Cherry>> If I could reach thru this screen and heal you, I would. I would do it for all of us. You show amazing courage everyday.
ME>>>in one of those periods where I am just trying to get thru. Overwhelming pain mixed with grief, with you in that boat Duckie. I hope everyone finds strength and peace today. Enjoy the superbowl.
Sending hugs, love, and comfort.
Tonna
It looks like a lot is going on here so I will try to catch up.
We are both drained and in pain from the move but we love our house and feel so blessed.
