Hi everyone,
I had a nice weekend away, well overnight Saturday at least. We went to visit friends a couple hours away, my bestie and her hubby. In the end I only got to see her for about an hour as she got called into work for an overnight then again for a day shift on Sunday. We still had fun anyway with her hubby, we all get along great and he loves bf and his kids.

I got to lay around and do Zentangle and read to my heart's content while the men entertained the kids - took them out on the 4 wheeler, taught them to shoot a bow/arrow and let them help keep the fire going in the wood furnace - all great fun for city kids. Besides just having the great outdoors to play in, they loved it! It was rainy and cold but they didn't even care.

And the best is I didn't come home with a sore back from overdoing it, I'm just the same as usual. I'm finally getting used to the additional pains of fall/winter and complaining less about it. I'm still going through all my bt meds every day and wishing I had more but I'll see the pm doc in a couple weeks, I can survive that.
