Good morning all, hope you all slept well. I took a sleeping pill last night so I had a good sleep and woke up on time feeling pretty rested. My hands feel awful this morning though... feels like they are twice their size and very stiff. Typing is slow and I have to go back and correct alot. I know they'll come back to normal in time but I like to do my posting first thing in the morning, oh well... a lesson in patience

I had Noah last night for a couple hours. Dd was asked to do an extra shift and I was feeling half decent so I took him. As usual I was feeling so good by the time I brought him home. The late evenings have been bad the last few days to the point where the tens doesn't even help. But like someone else suggested, when I wear it during the day I feel good and probably over do it. I've been cooking and baking and that seems to set off some bad pain. I'm using my bt meds but its still not touching it. Nothing but rest and time seems to help. Its so frustrating because I don't see the point in taking so much meds and using the tens if I still have to lay around and do nothing all day... I want pain relief so I can be more productive.... oh well, it is what it is.
