I'm baaaack! I had a wonderful few days relaxing at my bff's house. For the first time she didn't have to work at all while I was there so we spent lots of time together. I forgot how active and busy she is (and I used to be). I tried to keep up with her while I was there but only resulted in wearing myself out. A few times she was going out and I just stayed at her place. One day we went out for lunch with her daughters, then a store, then a longish drive... her and her daughter would have kept on going but I just had to get home and lay down. They are really great to understand and support me, I've never been made to feel I'm a faker or anything like that.
But I'm glad to be back home. I've been too busy since I got back late Thursday - this is the first chance I've had to get online. I think I'm still trying to stay busy. Bf keeps telling me to slow down, I'm moving too fast and doing too much. I'm having a hard time to relax and take care of myself again.
My friend and I both do alot of crocheting and I overdid it - lol that sounds funny 'overdid crocheting'. But seriously I have a ganglion cyst on the back of my left hand and it has rarely been painful until the last few days. It has grown and is more sore than it ever was. Even typing hurts it. I really hope this isn't going to persist. I am giving up crocheting until it shrinks some and stops hurting but I'll miss it. Time to do more reading I guess, can't hurt myself reading can I ? LOL
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. We are having a big storm today and most of tomorrow. Calling for about 12" of snow and high winds. Stay warm and comfortable my friends, I've missed you. It is nice to see some regulars on here again. Love and hugs,

I about spit my water at the computer when I read about you over doing the crocheting. It does sound funny even though I understand it. I think it was the way you said it tee hee. These arms and hands can over do it with many things!
I've been taking a little break on the computer myself lately. Give the arms a break. We've had storms and snow and the weather changes are kicking my body around. I'm just doing what has to be done. Some day soon though I'm going to have to venture out and go grocery shopping. I can last a few more days though. I am frugal as hell!
