Hi there, I've not been around much. Too busy working on Xmas gifts to be on the internet. My days have been up and down... real bad some days, little better on others but never too great. I saw my pcp yesterday but he just said its probably a flare and I have to ride it out. I've already had my OxyNeo and effexor increased and I'm at the max for Lyrica so there wasn't really much he could do anyway.
He asked about physio but my funding has run out for physio this year. I had to cancel all my massage appointments too. My insurance only covers 20 sessions a year of physio/massage combined. The pain clinic has some kind of grant to help pay for treatment for people who can't afford it but really need it. They have been paying for my sessions for a while now but there money is depleted for this year now. I even had to cancel my last physio appointment. Oh well, its not like it was helping tremendously anyway.
I am going away tonight for a few days so I won't be online. I'm going to spend some time with a friend I don't get to see too often. She lives two hours away but she's going to be in town tonight so I'm going home with her until the weekend. Then bf will come and pick me up, probably Sunday. She doesn't have internet at her house though I can get online with my phone. Its very tedious and difficult to write messages with the phone though. But I will be back by Sunday night for sure. Bringing enough meds until Tuesday just in case.

Life's been interesting lately. Eric broke his arm and my mother fell and broke her foot in three places. We were able to get Eric a waterproof cast so he can even swim with it.
We've been breaking in a new lady to work with the kids. One of our original people is retiring this summer and another will be leaving to start her student teaching in December. We knew we'd have to replace them someday but it's not easy to find local help or people willing to come this far out.
This is the boys last day of school until next week so they get a 5 day weekend. Joy has to work tomorrow but is off after that.
We're in a mild weather pattern for awhile so I'm trying to get the last of my outside work done this week. I sometimes wish I had three of me, but it would be better if I just had one that could work all day.
We'll be going to my uncles house on the lake for Thanksgiving. It should be a nice day, and the food is always good. It's only an hour and a half away so we won't have to spend a whole lot of time on the road. I always struggle driving home though. I'm usually tired, full and hurting.
I've got an hour and a half till the boys get home so I'm going to relax for a little bit.
