sounds weird but it is like ok I am better but.... not like I want.
But as far as your mood, I know what you mean. I have been so depressed.
I have so much to be happy about but not feeling it too much. I just feel like I can't get anything going and like there is a weight or cloud pushing on me.
I can't even post sometimes, it is like I can't put anything out there. I feel like everything I am thinking and feeling isn't really me or how I really feel so why bother.
I know it is some of my meds but I really hate the pain without them.
Hugs Jan and maybe we can come out of this soon
We WILL come out of it.....somehow we always do, right? ....hugs...jc

Let us know how youre doing and I hope you are feeling better soon.
Massive hugs xxx
You go around trying to make everyone else happy all the time and I know this charges you up too, but do some things that are just for you. Long baths, buy you some special scented soaps and lotions, buy you a new summer dress, whatever float your boat.
With chronic pain and your conditions it is hard to jump back from it all. Take your time with this. Also don't be afraid to ask for help from all of us in helping research with you. We've done alot of it on here.
Comforting hugs,
Toni
Dixie..I can't tolerate sufficient levels of anti-depressants...I get the depression-pain cycle, so have tried them.
Ms Kate...you're right..I always tell others feeling aren't about what we Should feel, but what we do.
Toni...think you nailed it......patience....yeh...I'm not great at that....guess it's my new lesson to be learned.
I really appreciate y'all input and support...thanks again.....hugs...jc
I am sorry Jan that you struggle so much, however; you never have to struggle alone because we are all here to help and support you and eachother.
It is so hard to look back in that tunnel when you are finally nearing the light...you realize now how much you have been through and how far you still are from where you want to be. It is like being in the middle of nowhere or as I told my doc when my last flare started..."It's like you gave me back my life, but I can't live it."
It does get better. You have to give yourself more time as hard as that is. Maybe you can try doing some new things that interest you but are more on the sedentary side....like when you breathe out make sure you blow the dust off the furniture...

Patience isn't something I've mastered either! But I do believe the Predisilone and the steroid injections cause a weird feeling! It does go away!
But for now, it's just nice hearing from you, no matter what you have to say! X
