Please know that I support you...You have given to a lot of people encouragement and love. I am so sorry that you are feeling so down. When you are able and feel free to, you can share glimpses. It sadens me to see you are hurting so. I too have a difficult time reading the posts of people in such terrible pain. I wish there was some thing I could say or do to take away your pain.

I hope you get some releif soon.

I truly know where you are. For a while in Nov and Dec, I only read and went away. I just could not talk about the amount of pain.

I wish the doctors would somehow experience this.
I wish the rest of society could experience.
And I really wish the addicts had to experience this for three hours before they got any drugs as payment. I wonder how many would still take that hit?

Just put one foot in front of the other just for today. Don't think about tomorrow until tomorrow.

Jan, there is no right or wrong way to respond to someone who posts. By simply saying HUGS or sending someone a smile can change their whole day!

You are obviously very empathetic with people but, don't take on their problems. Remember...you are here for support and to offer support if you choose. It is not your job to fix people or their situations. All you can do is be you. Set your boundaries within yourself.

honey we all get like that hang in there it well pass if you need to talk im please , you did wonderful job when i was in need it was such a relife you where the frist thayt answered me , when you did i felt so much better i love you for it , i heard your voice it brougth me comfront ,
sweetit would be easier if i could list how wrong my life went, i have been to hell and back . you have to say the hell with this im worth somthing i well not abuser win , your satronger than you think . biggest hugs love minnie im here if you need me .
