Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Support Group
Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) is any sudden and unexplained death of an apparently healthy infant aged one month to one year. SIDS is responsible for roughly 50 deaths per 100,000 births in the US.
So we are having a birthday celebration for Austin on December 20. His birthday is actually Christmas Day so we have decided to do the celebration the weekend before. We are going to invite close family and friends to the cemetery and hand out flowers for everyone to place on his grave and then we are inviting them all back to our house for cake and a few snacks. We're making invitations with a picture of Austin with angel wings photoshoped in, but I'm having a hard time with the invitation wording... anyone have any ideas?
