I am a new member to this group, not really sure how to navigate thru group discussion, but would love to do that as I am a Suboxone use for over 2 yrs. now and just would like to communicate with people that are maybe feeling or struggling as I am sometimes and what I can do about it.....it would be wonderful to get off the Sub but I don't know if I can......does anyone else feel the same way? Sorry if things I am writing sound silly but like I say, I am new to this group and not sure of the rules and regulations, if any.....would just like to know how others on Sub are doing and how their tapering off is going.....that is where I am having difficulty....thanks for any assistance....

Hey Animaloverchick I've been on Subx. For about 5 yrs, it's helped me get my life in order but also has become a major part of it too. I can confidently say that I am 100% addicted to Suboxone now. I take 16 mg daily and don't have any plans on changing that in the near future. I went from a heavy user of most party drugs including oxys, other pain meds and lots of booze to nothing but 16 mg of Subx a day. I am like you and also don't know how I am ever going to get off this stuff. Just know your not the only one who feels like you do.

this is the second go around with suboxone, i was on it several years ago for about a year, tapered off and no withdrawal....stayed clean for 2 years then thought i could handle it again...this time they told me not to swallow the medication, it still seems to work but this time i dont feel as good as the first, just wondering if anyone else hold the medication in mouth then spits it out?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
