I also bet that you are struggling to adjust your life around this 15 month old, that you had to give up things that you used to love that helped you relax because you simply don't have time left for them.
Be honest with your partner. Talk about how your lives have changed. Maybe that way you can start to find ways that help you get back to being people you liked to be.
I am not sure there is a cure for that but remember to take time for you and keep date night or time alone with your husband so you can maintain your relationship and keep it healthy. You child will only benefit from your strong relationship. Also take turns getting sleep when your baby naps etc. Just keep at it till you find something that works for you and your husband :)
I've gone through a similar experience, where all of my plans were destroyed by reality and as a result- I become bitter at life and all of it was just p*ssing me off. Anyways, what helped me is letting go of control. There are too many variables for you to be the master puppeteers of life - it's impossible. Do your best and whatever happens, happens.
This mindset of having everything planned exactly to the semicolon is super harmful. Life is messy, you know that. You decide what you want and then see what opportunities get revealed to you and you just slip through the cracks. It's going to be okay, just let go. Do your best and let it be the way it is - messy, weird and totally random. : )
