Stress Management Support Group
Stress management defines stress as a person's physiological response to an external stimulus that triggers the "fight-or-flight" reaction.Stress can be overwhelming. This community is for best practices in stress management.
You have a full life and putting a time management schedule in place for the most part is not feasible some days. You can make mental notes of what you'd like to see in place and take one step at a time. Don't try to make everything work all at once, it's not possible. Everything has a way of working out, in time.
I totally understand where you are coming from, being a single mother with a full-time job, it can be incredibly hard to find time to do what needs to be done, let alone leave any time for yourself!
I used to feel stressed all the time and sometimes I didn't even know why, while other times I could think of a million different reasons and feel completely overwhelmed.
What works for me is making a list of things I need to do each day and giving it a time frame to do it - that way I can clearly address what's causing my stress and then how to solve it in manageable chunks and avoid procrastination. I would also really recommend you check out http://freeyourstress.com/ - the ebook is free and has some great stress management techniques that are easy and simple to follow.
Anyway hope that helps! (and don't give up going to the gym, it may be tough but you're body and mind will thank you)
