I had trouble sleeping last night due to an upsetting situation at work. I am having trouble processing it in my mind. I am praying about it. I just don’t feel so well. It affected me yesterday psycosmatically, meaning that my head and neck physically felt warmer than usual. Now I feel tired, but have a day of work ahead of me.

Do you mind sharing what the situation was that upset you at work? Sometimes talking about it helps you feel a little better. However, I understand if you cannot. I am glad that you are praying about it because prays do get answered. If you cannot talk to anyone about the situation, try to think about the positive aspects of work or your day in general, even during this hard situation. This can help relieve some of the physical and mental anguish. I am also praying for your healing with your head and neck, as well as, resolution and positive direction for your future.

I know that it is a hard to do but try not to think about it right before bed. Doing this will actually stress you out more and have you constantly thinking about the situation. Also making your dreams be less pleasant, and you will dream about the situation.

That is very true. It’s a good idea to “unplug” at the end of the day and leave everything in the Lord’s hands.

This morning I left my little apartment to go to my job, which is over the mountain to a little school. I am a sub teacher so I dont get paid on holidays so I have to budget. I did all my math and bought food, paid bills, got just enough gas in my car to sail thru the week, spending nothing until friday when I finaly get paid.
