I didn't know where to turn except here. I know you all know how it feels to lose a baby (unfortunately). My husband and I lost our daughter Mikayla 5 months ago and we have started to try to conceive again. I'm so excited but so anxious all at the same time. I just keep taking deep breaths and reminding myself it's all out of my control. I'm a planner and so I can't help myself by thinking about being pregnant and the emotions that will bring. The fears it will also bring. My doctors office is amazing and are going to watch me super close. Not that even if they did in my last pregnancy that it would have made a difference. my husband and I are so excited to get pregnant again but with that excitement comes so so many other emotions! Any advice out there?
Try to keep busy..do you have another child?
I started a hobby and starter working out and running. I feel that really helps
