Stillbirth Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have been impacted by a stillbirth. A stillbirth occurs when a fetus which has died in the uterus, during labor, or during delivery exits a woman's body. For help and support, share your experiences and learn how others coped. Don't forget that you are not alone.
First of all I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a baby is the worst thing anyone can go through. I lost my baby boy Luca in the 39th week of pregnancy this past August. I am also devestated!! Please dont be afraid to tell people about how your feeling and if you feel like they think you are overeacting, then screw them, they are not your true friends. Nobody know what this feels like and I hope my worst enemy will never have to go through this feeling. Support groups have helped me get things off my chest and relate with other mothers who are going through the same thing as we are. There is no time limit on grieving. This is something that is going to stay with us for the rest of our lives...there is no `getting over it`. Feel free to message me whenever
Sending Love and Light
Welcome. I’m certain that this is the group that no one really wants to find themselves apart of, but yet here we all are. From one loss to another I’m sending love and hugs your way. Praying that you find healing and peace someday. Your story is eerily similar to mine, about a month apart and, not to mention, we were both pregnant with girls. Wow. However, I wasn’t going in for medicine. Just what was supposed to be a routine OBGYN visit and to check and see if I had gestational diabetes. Even some of the aftermath feelings you’ve described is nearly the same. Did anyone tell you the cause of your baby being stillborn? Anyhow, if you’re in need/want of a friend to vent and share stories with then I’m more than happy to be there for you. Hopefully I could be of some kind of assistance.
