On march 1st 2011 we lost our baby girl jayda at 24wks...not a day goes by that i dont think of her. As time goes on i find myself obessing about things like what she would look like now, or what she is doing, if she is watching us...its sounds goofy but i constantly watch long island medium and think about if i could talk to her...i dont share these feeling with anyone...does anyone else feel the same way???

Yes. I have a word document of my "alternate reality" - what I envision would be happening if I had my girls with me. I allow myself to go there sometimes and delve into what I think their personality might have been like, what they might be doing, what they might look like, what they may have preferred to wear, what upset them, what made them happy, etc. Of course, it's all speculation, and I'll never really know, but it helps to just put it in paper and make it real, even if just for a little while. Then I find I'm often able to close the word document and live life for a while before I need to let myself go there again.

If you're a writer, you may want to try something like that. It really helps me when I find myself stuck in ruts like that.
