I don't know about anyone else...but I watched the episode of 19 Kids and Counting where they lose the baby.
I'm not a huge fan of the show to begin with because I don't agree with having 19 kids. But it's their lives so they can do whatever they want; I'm not here to judge.
But I should definitely NOT have watched the episode. I just got so curious! I also watched the episode of Secrets of the American Teenager (or whatever it's called) when that girl has a stillbirth. You never hear about situations like ours so I just couldn't help it! It was such a mistake. I was 28 weeks when we lost our son and Michelle was 18. It was really hard to watch. All the feelings that she was describing and the pain...I was right there with her. Watching it sent me into hysterics though. I cried the rest of the night and thought about my angel baby, Braedyn.
Sorry...but life is such a bitch sometimes...

For me, when I watch that kind of stuff, I feel closer to the baby I lost. Even though it's sad, breaks my heart, and makes me lose sleep- I remember my baby, remember when he was inside me, remember losing him vividly. I think it's important, healthy, and normal to remember. Even if those memories make you sad.
I'm so sorry you are feeling sad. Know that your angel was right there, holding your hand, and watching with you.
You're not stupid, just emotional. Which is normal.
