I also felt my Adam move alittle, but only about once a day or so. It wasn't untill after an misscarage after him at 8 1/2 weeks that I fought to get the testing done that finaly tould me what was going on. It was what it was. You had no way of knowing something was wrong. I tould my Dr over and over again about pain and dissiness. I was tould it was pain from streching and that things were fine. I wish I had fallowed my intincts, but even if I could have convinced them something was wrong the odds of them doing Chromsome testing on me to know I needed blood thiners would be slim. What I mean to say is. You couldn't have known what was going to happen, an mabie even if you did mabie there was nothing you could do to change it. I have learned some things as awful as they are just happen. I found answers eventualy. I hope you do too.

Our angel was also not a very active baby. At 6 and 8pm was when she was busier although I did feel her here and there during the course of a day.
Exactly one week before Emma passed away on Thursday 31 July I didn't feel her moving like she usually did. I phoned my husband and rushed to the Doctor. He did an ultrasound and a doppler of the umbilical chord and everything was normal and she even started moving around a bit. 4 days later, Monday 4 Aug was my monthly check up at which point the doctor again did an ultrasound and a doppler of the umbilical chord and again everything was ok. Her growth seemed to have slowed down at that point but as ultrasound machines can't take accurate measurements he wasn't sure and I was to go back again in a week. 3 days later on Thursday 7 Aug my baby was gone.
The point I'm trying to make is even reporting a lack of movement might not have been enough. We checked and monitored her twice in the space of one week and it still wasn't enough to save her. We don't have a cause of death but the Dr suspects it was her umbilical chord. When he did the c-section his first words were "Look how twisted the chord is". He believes that the chord got twisted so tightly that the blood flow wasn't able to get through to her, and this was after he had checked the chord twice in that week.
I also didn't know what was normal and what wasn't. It was my first pregnancy and all my friends and family were convinced that I was just being a jittery first time mom.

Stephen was never very active, but every scan, doppler, and even the biophysical profile showed a healthy baby. Movement or lack thereof should be discussed, but is not always an indicator that something physical is wrong. I wish something besides my own intuition had foretold of what would happen, but that's all I had to go on. This was my 4th pregnancy and I had gone to the Dr on a friday, by wednesday, he was gone. There was nothing that could have saved my son, that is a fact I will have to live with for the rest of my days.

I just wished we would've being able to save our babies. Our lives would be sooooo much different :-\.... My life will never never be the same again....

My baby boy was also not as active but i used to feel him about once or twice a day. I was not taking it serious as i thought its just because i am a first time mom and i dont know what is the actual movement feeling like. before he died i did not had the moments for 2 or 3 days and when i went to the doctor he was gone. I miss my dear little angel baby, but after reading all these posts i think nothing could have prevented his death

Same here... i really didnt know what was normal and what wasnt. I STILL REMEMBER On May 26 mys son was moving a lot while we played music out loud..... still on May 28 i felt him..... by my appointment that same day he had no heatt beat by 5pm :'(. I delivered him on May 29. The saddest day of my life :'(

Do not blame yourself. My daughter had a cord accident at week 39 and for me I felt that she was moving too much. I even mentioned that to the Dr in the morning and she stopped moving in the evening.

I guess is just hard...... knowing that he was sooooo close to be here with me.... and just out of nowhere he was gone with any sign at all..... i should've felt something :'(....
I miss my son soop much.... pretty sure same as all ypu ladies miss ur angels
