Just wondering if anyone has been experiencing increased anxiety as you get further out? I know it's connected to our loss, but with work, and other everyday life issues my anxiety is becoming unmanageable. I am not on meds, but am considering going to the doctor to talk about the possibility of meds.
Also, I am TTC... any words of advice regarding this, the meds and dealing with anxiety?

im keeping busy doing stuff every day. tried AD but felt worse. hate the feeling ive got all the time, post shock, like ive been kicked in the stomach.
