Stillbirth Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have been impacted by a stillbirth. A stillbirth occurs when a fetus which has died in the uterus, during labor, or during delivery exits a woman's body. For help and support, share your experiences and learn how others coped. Don't forget that you are not alone.
I know this sounds ridiculous, but when people tell me that Jake is in a better place. I want to scream. I know that he is in a better place, but how could it be better, it's not with me. Thanks for letting me vent.
Sending you a hug, Shelly
Then last Monday my step sister asked me if I wanted to go to the dr. (which is the same dr I went to so there are painful memories in his office) with her to find out the sex of her baby. I was like Really?? Did you really just ask me that? Then when they got back her and her mom would not shut up about how precious the baby was on the ultrasound screen. I wanted to scream.
And i hate getting, "you're young and can have another baby." I just wanna say "can I? You know it took 4 years to get Aaron. It's not that easy for me!"
So yes I feel ya girl. I'm not normally a violent person but I sure have had lots of urges to punch people in the face this past month!!
I wanted to add one, too. My cousin volunteered to be a surrogate if we ever needed it. Really? That's a little to soon.
Hugs!!!

I give her credit as she was sweet enough to bring me flowers... HOWEVER she brought my husband a tomato plant and when she handed it to him she said "here Jesse, you can raise it and then eat it!"... ugh... fabulous words of encouragement for a grieving father. Way to go sis!
