to start off about me. I am 26 and have just got married with in this year. i have been in prison for 3 and 1\2 years. i have to charges, one makes me a RSO. I made this happen when i was 21 years old. i did not harm anyone, it was a cop! ok now my wife and i had a child and got married. I knew he may not be mine by blood but i did not care cause i loved and still love her. Now this ex found out about my past through one of her ex homegirls from school. he came at us as if he was going to take him away through court. he wants Alex (my son) to have his last name, and to pay child support, have visittation, and have prentole rights to where if amy my wife dies that alex will go to him and i lose both of them and i can have visitation instead of him. now i am on the birth papers and he has my last name. this ex as well has tryed to manipulate my wife in to thinking he is sorry, but all in all he said at the end that only if she had waited on him for two more months when he was married and living with another woman that was marrried as well to someone els. he was with her when my wife and him dated and he went back to his married girlfriend, then latter they tryed to say that they had broke up and got back to geather. when she told him she was prego, he wanted nothing to do with her or him and was like i need a dna. so i told her to forget him and lets move on. so we did. he was not there the hole time frome day one to now. I was the one there from day one and going on still. he has tryed over and over to get her to leave me. but see the thing is the first time we meet hes girl and him. she was in the pitcher and now she told him that we was a family to leave us alone or leave her. that he was doing something wrong to us. so he left. now we let him see alex just to buy time for me to get our paper work ready. he as brought her soup to work and stayed there for like 5 hours one night. now as a man, husband, father, i want to kick his as and so could do it. i feel disrespected for him lying and trying to make moves on her. i have a lot of pain and hate. im just bing real. i feel like he dont want anything to do with alex cause he only gets to see him once a weed if that for only ONE HOUR. now that is cause thats what i said can happen if he holds off on the dna. cause i have to get the parole to let me live with amy and alex if he is not mine by blood. once thats is a go then amy said shes telling him he has to pay for the dna and take it to court. he wants us to pay for hafe of the dna god only knows y. at first he said he had a lawyer but found out he never did. what should we do about him trying to get back with her if she dont want to. what to say or do, i dont know. i want to tell him to fuck off but it is making her mad as well as i. my wife is passive unlike I! what can we do to stop the court stuff of name change and having rights and all that?
