Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I have not disappeared. I am just in a weird place right now. I honestly do not understand how I feel. I sort of lost track of any grip I had on my situation. I feel like it is just taking a lot of energy to remain stable and okay. Like trying to keep a bike upright that is moving really slow or stopped. Things are not "bad". On the surface they even look good. But... something does not feel right. Maybe it is depression. Anyway, whatever "it" is, I do not feel very chatty, so I apologize for not being engaged in the forum right now. I want you know that you are all on my mind and I am wishing the best for all of us. Thanks for being here. Even when I am not chatty, knowing this community is here is so helpful.

I am in the same position lately. I'm sure to everyone outside everything looks "ok", but inside I feel blah. Not angry like I used to, but not loving the way I used to either. I'm at a loss for words and just can't find my love of all the things I used to find joy in.

I totally understand. Some days you don't feel chatty and just try to get through the day. It's a roller coaster of feelings and emotions - good and bad. We're here for you GR when you want to chat or when you just need some quiet time. I'm sending my support and understanding.

Thanks everyone. It sucks to be this stage in life and after years of feeling sure about who you are and your place in life, to suddenly have the rug pulled out from under you leaving you feeling more lost than ever. I'm too old for this shit.

My daughter asked me the other day why this had to happen to us, "we were so happy". I don't know how to answer her because we had problems, but I thought we were happy too. It was all part of his lies. How do you forgive and move on together? I'm holding a grudge I can't seem to let go of no matter how hard I try.
