For his first visit he went in male mode and then the second session he went in female mode and she said she was stunned by the difference in how much more comfortable he seemed in talking about his GD. I want a bit more certainty about the future (we all do, right!) and hopefully the therapist will help with that.
I think regardless, your spouse might need to "try out" the therapists. Like, we thought the first one we went to would work out, but that hasn't been the case.
