Spouses of Transgender Community Group
Being transgender it's not easy but neither for their spouses. This group is created with the intention of helping and getting to know others that are in. the same situation or to just educate those that are on the other side of the fence and want to know how does it feel or how would it feel to be a spouse of a transgender person. The main objective of this group is...

I haven't left yet because the man I married is still around most of the time, and the woman in side him is a kind, funny, delightful person. I don't feel attracted to her or even romantically for her, but she is a part of this person I love. I was never lied to like some folks were; he was honest from the beginning, with what he knew to be true at the time. But people evolve, gender identities evolve once they aren't being repressed. I stay because I don't want to be yet another person who left her.
I don't wan't to be married to a woman, even one I have such (platonic) love for. I'm not sure where my line in the sand is, but if or when we get there, I'll know it. Or maybe she'll realize that she really does deserve to be romanced and seduced in a way I can't give her. Maybe one change will be too much for me. But for now, we are taking everything one day at a time, being very honest, and supporting each other. One day at a time is how life is lived anyway.
