Okay, so like I was saying, I need to get this out. I feel a little wierd, stupid, maybe even pathetic, but here i goes.
I am almost to the trail part of my divorce. My husband is living back with the ow and their two kids from his affair. Okay, let me just spit it out (flinch). I asked my 10 year old daughter to secretly take a photo of the ow on her DS game system because it has a camera amongst other things.
First, I tried to hint at it but being the very bright girl that she is, she figured it out. So, when she asked me about it i was just honest with her.
I told her that I want to see how the woman looke who her father lost his marriage and family behind. I told her that I was'nt quite sure EXACTLY why. But I was just curios. I told her that if she felt funny about it are uncomfortabl than that was okay.
One day she was showing me all the photos she snapped of her half brother and sister (from the affair). So, I casually asked if she had any pitures of the " anyone else" I mentioned her father, the other two boys of the ow (not my husband's kids) and even their dog, last the ow. But, like I said, she is a bright girl and said, "Mom, did you want me to take a piture of "her"too?" I was like, "Yeah, sure if you want".
Anyway, its just somethng that can' talk to anyone else about. Pillar, I miss you too, girl. It is still hard for me but, time does make it better.

Girl you are Trippin! But I still love you and do not judge you in any way! I still have my obsessions with the OW and am trying very hard. I just can't stop being so inquisitive. I know it's not healthy, but hell these are my needs right now. Yours too. Our day of peace will come...just not today.
My daghter asked if the ow was her step-mom and I told her, "No, because I am your father's wife and even when we divorse I could'nt ever see her as your stepmom" I described to her what a true step mom was. After a married couple get divorse and go their separate ways they are free to meet new people. If they marry someone else and that person is fit, sincere, and loves the child then that would be a "step" mom or dad. A do not believe a person deserves such a respectable title if they participated in destroying that child's family home. That's jus how I feel. Nuff, said.
