The restaurant that the OW waitressed at closed its doors last week. Im starting to get the feeling she will be coming after us again for more child support. I'm genuinly concerned that she will and she wil get what she asks for. The courts always seem to rule in favor of these whores!! Has anyone ever experiecnce the OW losing her job?
Turned out, though, that she was only unemployed for a month and failed to report her new job. We submitted proof of her new employment, and when they sent an officer there to serve her, her coworkers called to tell her and she promptly quit!!!
When she finally came in to court, they lowered her support back down by $300 and said she was no longer allowed to claim $0 income even if she was unemployed, because she had been caught lying. She would have to be considered a minimum $8/hourly wage. She threw a fit, so the judge lowered her another $100. Hahaha!
