Hi Any and yes I did. But OW was on the road before police could stop her. They didn't "catch her in the act" so was my word against hers.

dmdempse, i would still file a report & restraining order &/or protective order to shield a bubble of safety @ you & ea. member of your family.!!! Keep me posted!!

Any, you are a sweetheart. I needed you 10 years ago. OC is 10 and my children are married adults. OW doesn't know where I live now and my kids and I are locked and loaded. LOL..

No change. Just my children have had undiagnosed PTSD we are just learning as a result of OW.

Dmdempse1, there is also "Post Traumatic Growth", look into that for all of you!. You will be fine & come out wiser/stronger! I'll keep you all in my Prayers!!!!

Hey dmdempse1, Hope all good w/you. i'm still dealing w/divorce 'game'.. spouse wont respond to any of my calls/texts. he has new attorney as I broke off/cancelled the non-productive collaborative process. we at least gave this a try. he is now 'jobless'/let go from big position @ feb.2016. didnt even have the balls to let me/wife know. she had lost her job earlier from same co. ( i suspect ) > the younger/other!!

still trying to digest/understand it all & i just want 'some bit' of justice!! he has betrayed his entire family to the utmost. this is his 2nd 'job loss' in our marriage s/p me supporting him thru school. his 'severance' pay ends @ july/aug 2017. Not sure @ our health care insurance, income sources...... He does not communicate PERIOD!!!

i feel that marital home should be sold/paid off as he has only added more on top of 1st mtg. let the bank have it back, as for the 2nd mtg> i supposedly do not have to pay into this directly. His tax evasion attempts & paramours have backfired on all of us! I cant & wont make up the differenc!!. he will be 63 in sept.> early w/draw's from retirement.... only have steeper penalties.
Now he's trying to play the 'sick' role with respiratory,diabetes, hip problems.....
He cant qualify for physical disability at all. he cries out to my 5 kids, trying to hold them back in life for his own gluttenous/weak needs. how ultimately selfish & self absorbed can one be???
