Sorry Barefoot not funny at all from your side. That is insane, go to court, file a police report, anything!!! You guys have to survive!! Ask for public assistance in the meantime. Im so sorry you r goi g through this. Put your claws on, dont give up.

We can't just stop the payments. This hateful b---- was ticked off because we would only send her $600 a month, so she turned H over to the state claiming he wasn't paying at all so that they would automatically garnish his paychecks from his employer. We gave them proof that he did pay her and they said "too late." So she gets away with lying, too.

We get foodstamps, because of her, but our state says we do not qualify for rental or money assistance because "child support is not a loss of income." It's sad that we qualified for almost the full amount of food stamps while BOTH of us were employed, all because of her.

We have also gone to the courts multiple times. But because they couldn't locate her, they told us we are stuck. Common sense would say if you can't locate her, stop her payments to force her out of the woodwork so you can lower his garnishments.

I feel so bad that you are going through this. I really cannot understand the way your state does things. It is sickening. Big hugs your way.

Wow barefoot this is just awful. I wish I had a magic answer. All I know is these crazy biotches create a hostile environment for their child causing their innocent child to be hated and resented because of their actions.

Why would a mother want her child to be resented by its own father. Punishing him because he had a wife and family? Do you have family you could stay with? Could you maybe quit your jobs and work off the books for a few months to bring her out of hiding? Or maybe he could take a leave of absence using the family leave act.

I just hate that the ow (especialy when there is an oc involved) destroy the lives of the family they knew existed before they choose to spread their legs.

I was in the dark for many years with the oc and I know she used that as her leverage to blackmail my h for more money. She was nut happy once I was involved and controlled the situation and slowed the gravy train.

He gave her 1000 a month ni questions asked no courts. We own our own business and if she took him to court our payments would have gone down. So she is dependant on our generosity. I'm sure it pisses her off.

When you run your own business you will have losses in the first few years. Just some food for thought.

Barefoot your story breaks my heart. I know it's drastic...but could your husband quit his job to stop the payments for a little while and that will force her to come forward and respond? there has to be some way around that.

I just don't understand how any state lets this happen, where an intact family is barely making it while a whore gets their money and is living fine I'm sure.

I wish we could all start some type of petition/group to actually change the way child support is done in all states. It shouldn't be so cut and dry that if DNA finds a man the father he automatically pays a certain amount of income. There should be guild lines and discretion for specific situations. In 2014 we live in a messed up world full of lust and sin where there is absolutely no repercussions for "women" to do things like this. It sickens me.

My H will be leaving his job next month to go to college full time with his GI Bill. We have tried asking about whether or not the state is allowed to garnish money from his GI Bill or not (because they pay him a tax free sustinance allowance every month while he goes) and while lots is people have said no, because it is for schooling purposes, we have also spoken to people whom they have, in fact, done it to. So we aren't sure. But once he quits his job, it will take a few months for them to decide whether or not to do it, I'm sure. The reason they were so favoring to our OW is because she decided to go to school full time. But she graduates next month while my H will just be starting. I have to hope they will rule with him as a full-time student.

I just realized our son's birthday is ten days away and burst into tears. I just want to hit someone with a baseball bat.

I hope OW meets a man one day who she marries and has more children with... and he puts her in this same position. I'd love for her to have to swallow this pill.
