The DA just called Him to say there was misinformation and that H still has to pay the full amount expected of him for suppprt, but that they just can't forcibly take it from us because they can't touch his VA benefits.
So they still expect us to pay $832 that he doesn't even make and they told him they will suspend his license if he doesn't. Seriously!? This is messed up! She is the one not showing up, she is the one dodging them, and he is still being punished. He has been trying to get them to lower the payments since October of last year when he didn't make enough money anymore! Why are they punishing him for not paying money he doesn't make all because she is dodging the courts!?
If the OW doesn't show up, they need to cut her payments off until she does. This is unreal.

At this point I would probably pay what you can afford and let the rest build up. I don't know the laws of your state, but if you're paying some I think it usually takes a while for license to be revoked.
Why aren't they revoking her license for not showing up? That is crazy!?!
My heart truly breaks for you. You don't deserve any of this. These child support laws have got to change.
