I myself looked into it. It's still legal in Illinois too. I talked to a few attorney's about it. They all said I had a case but it would cost me more in attorney fees then I would be able to ever get from her. Financially, for me right now, it's not worth it. The judges where I live are jerks in general, so I wouldn't get far probably. The judges around here, and I was told this by an attorney, would probably make me pay for her attorney's fees just for the inconvenience to them. After our child support hearing and the ruling that judge passed down, I wouldn't doubt in the least. If I could go into Chicago and have the hearing there, it might be a different story.

It's up to you what you do. It will give her a "record" of sorts and put legal documentation out there about the type of person she really. Future employers and anyone searching her public record will be able to see what type of person she is but it will open up a different can of worms for you. Financially and emotionally. Everything will be out in the open.

Right now, I'm not emotionally in a good spot and I could never last through the whole trial but if you have the money and are emotionally in a good place, it would be AWESOME to see more of these whores be held legally responsible for their roles in the affair.
