As you know my H reached out to OW when he found out she's now pregnant again by some guy who has also taken on the role of being a father to OC (who is only 1.5yo). He explained to her that he had no problems signing his rights over to the guy if he wanted to adopt OC and he would stop paying CS. He then told her if that didn't happen and she continued to seek CS, he would force visitation. She had a fit saying she didn't want him involved and didn't want him to have visitation but still thought he should pay. In the end she said she'd think about what's best for OC and get back to him by December (when I'm due and she's due too).

In the mean time she's blocked my MIL and FIL on all social media (woohoo I was waiting for that to happen!). As we get closer I just want an answer so we can move on and plan for either having the extra money for day care or not. Do we give her until December and then say something?

I was thinking of reaching out to her through email and killing her with kindness, but still being a smart ass (Oh I heard you're pregnant again by someone else! I hope this time you know who the father is without a DNA test ...jk...not really but I won't write that lol). Letting her know that if she decides to keep getting CS, then I will back my husband on visitation (even though I'll hate it...I'll love it more that she'll hate it). But I've always been against contacting her...so I dunno.

What would you do?
